Light and refreshing summer beer with 20% of the ancient grain "Emmer", Grisette style

Sun & Fun is our yearly returning summer beer, with our signature Morpheus yeast inside. We added hops to the brew as well, resulting in the lactobacteria not being able to produce lactic acid so this beer is not sour. It's brewed with only Belgian ingredients (malts from Hof Ten Dormaal, hops from the Poperinge region)
