Berliner Ryesse is a thirst-quenching pale Berliner Weisse of 4% ABV. We used rye for the classic Berliner Weisse recipe. 
The first batch was actually a collab with Lauger brewery from Spain, the Berliner Ryesse was permanently added to the portfolio afterwards.
