Pretty straightforward Belgian Tripel, started from a grist of malts composed by a mix of rhye, oats, wheat and pils malt.

Brewed in honour of our good friend and associate Theo. This beer is brewed with Morpheus yeast, of which the sourness is neutralised later in the process.
